The Fifth District Court of Appeals of Texas
Justice Fitzgerald developed a program for citizens in our community in order to explain the qualifications of a sitting justice on the Court of Appeals and the operation of the Court of appeals. An informative handout also diagrams the structure of the Texas Court System and describes the actual layout of the appellate courtroom. This program has been presented to various groups in Dallas and surrounding counties and is available upon request.
